(You know the recipe’s pretty much perfect with that kind of cook in our kitchen.)
Not only is ourcottage cheesethe best base for a snack or meal, but it’s the ideal blank canvas for your creativity. We like to start with a generous scoop, then add savory or sweet mix-ins to create a customized snack—loaded with nutrients (like calcium& Vitamin B12) and packed with protein!
Choose your adventure:
SAVORY
Mix in…
- Veggies. Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers,and avocado: pretty much whatever suits your fancy. And a drizzle of olive oil.
- Seedsand nuts. Stir in your favorites together or separately.
- Grains.Quinoa, anyone?
