90 Day Fiancé star Kalani Faagata is celebrating the success of her much-criticized relationship with Dallas Nuez on social media. Kalani has been a well-known face in the reality TV show franchise since her debut in 90 Day Fiancé season 6. Kalani got married to Asuelu Pulaa, a much younger man she'd met during a trip to Samoa. Asuelu and Kalani welcomed a baby before their wedding and had a second son a little later. Kalani often complained about Asuelu not being a capable father and responsible husband but never told anyone that he had been continuously cheating on her. Asuelu had permitted Kalani to go kiss a “hall pass” to make up for him cheating on her with a woman in Samoa. Now Kalani is celebrating a year of being together with Dallas.

Kalani avoids sharing pictures that show Dallas’ face on her Instagram. When she does post photos of his face, she covers it with a sticker. Kalani wanted to let her followers know that she and Dallas were celebrating a special day on February 5, 2024. She posted a selfie in which she could be seen kissing Dallas. She covered it with a sticker of a cake to show their one year of togetherness and added a “happy anniversary” sticker.

Kalani & Dallas' 90 Day Fiancé Relationship Explained

Kalani and Asuelu had sparked split rumors in March 2022 following an episode of 90 Day Diaries, after which Asuelu had blocked and unfollowed her on Instagram. Asuelu declared he was single in a new video, even though he was still with Kalani. He told everyone he was single, and he went to Samoa to visit his father sometime in 2022. Asuelu became intimate with a mystery woman and contracted a yeast infection as a result, after which he was caught red-handed by Kalani, who noticed the thrush on his tongue. Asuelu wanted to make it up to Kalani, so he told her she could go and kiss someone else.

Kalani met Dallas on social media. After they went on a date, she started a physical relationship with him behind Asuelu’s back. Kalani came clean about her affair to Asuelu on The Last Resort. She was ready to start with a clean slate with Asuelu but suspected him when she saw him deleting some messages. Dallas flew to the filming location to see Kalani, and she made the decision to divorce Asuelu. Kalani had been seeing Dallas since around November 2022 but kept it a secret. She did post subtle clues about his existence on her Instagram, such as his tattooed hand and pictures from their romantic dates.

Kalani is now free to show off her relationship with Dallas on social media. However, her choosing not to show his face suggests Dallas could be a 90 Day Fiancé star in the making. Dallas and Kalani might be filming a new spin-off featuring their relationship timeline from the beginning. However, Kalani may have also learned from her mistake to keep her private life away from prying eyes, especially since she’s getting slammed for moving on too soon with her rebound, Dallas.
