Jasminum Clotted Cream is also known as Devon Cream, which is fine but we are not sure how the inhabitants of neighbouring Cornwall might feel about that, so we will steer clear of the politics of the tea table and call it Clotted Cream.
Care is as for any form of climbing jasmine, ie provide something for it to grow on or against (if against a wall or fence, have some horizontal wires to tie it in to to get it started) and prune after flowering and in spring as required.
