  2. POWDERED PEANUT BUTTER (2 Tablespoons)

  4. KETO CRUNCH MIX (1/4 Cup)- or you can use any low-carb granola mix. I really like THIS ONE.
  5. LILY’s BAKING CHOCOLATE CHIPS (1/2 Cup)
  6. SILICONE MINI CUPCAKE PAN or MUFFIN BAKING MOLD (24 Well)

EASY FAT BOMB RECIPE DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small saucepan, MELT the organic virgin coconut oil and the Lily’s Baking Chips on low heat. These are such a greatketo-friendly sweetener.
  2. Once the coconut oil and baking chips are completely melted ADD IN the powdered peanut butter and protein powder. Stir until smooth.
  3. POUR mixture (almost to the top of each well) into the silicone molds. (This recipe makes about 24 fat bombs)
  4. SPRINKLE each bomb with a little Keto Crunch or Low-Carb Granola.
  5. FREEZE for 2-3 hours.
