Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece ginger minced
  • 1 small green chili sliced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 large tomatoes quartered
  • 2 lbs lamb leg diced
  • 1/4 cup vindaloo paste

Instructions
