It is important to check out all the aspects before purchasing land be it commercial or residential. It is a lifetime investment for most of us. It takes a lot of effort and thinking to decide what kind of land or plot we are buying. Besides focusing on the location, price, and authenticity of the plot we must always check if the property is Vastu compliant. I have purchased a plot that is narrower at the rear and broader at the front.
