For when spring has finally sprung, our Flower Bomb co*cktail recipe will be your go-to drink. It’s super simple to make, and—if we do say so ourselves—really rather delicious.

You’ll need: Boston shaker, Hawthorne strainer, wine glass

Ingredients

37.5ml pink gin
20ml rose syrup
25ml lime juice
20ml pink grapefruit juice
12.5ml crème de violette
Garnish: sprig of mint, one raspberry

Method

1. Fill a wine glass about half way up with cubed ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker with cubed ice and shake until the tin frosts over.
3. Strain into the glass and garnish with a spring of mint and a raspberry.
