What is the highest tech level in Stellaris? ›

Technologies are divided into 6 levels (T0 to T5) of advancement. Higher tier technologies require obtaining a certain number of technologies from the preceding tier in the same area of research (set at 6 for all tiers) before they become available as research alternatives.

Insight Technologies are gained when you study pre-FTLs without making them aware of you. They are unique paths their society take which you have dismissed as dead ends. This is all tracked through a situation which, once completed, will make a future observation event grant you a new Insight.

When focusing on the main objectives, Stellaris is about 31½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 337 Hours to obtain 100% completion.

Planet capacity is capped at 500, regardless of free housing or unblocked districts. Pops can go over 500 and will not stop growing (or decline) until the required housing exceeds available housing by 15% (or 25%).

Players take the role of a single FTL-capable civilization, referred to as an empire, with the goal of exploring and claiming systems, colonizing habitable planets, and expanding their economy to outcompete rival civilizations progressively encountered through first contact events.

If you declare war on them all the vasalls that have a secret fealty with you will automatically join on your side in the war against their overlord and if you win the war they will become your vasalls instead.

Early game optimization is key to success in Stellaris, especially in fleet strength and defensive strategies. Spreading out Tradition Trees and focusing on valuable resources like alloys can give players an edge.

By default, leaders start at level 1 and can increase to level 5. The skill level cap can be increased to a max level of 10 through various traditions, traits, civics, and the leader enhancement policy.

Each additional Ascension Perk you unlock increases the maximum Ascension Tier by 1, with an extra 4 tiers unlocked once you unlock all of the Perk slots. This lets you Ascend planets up to ten times, for a maximum bonus of 250% of the base Planetary Designation effects.

The base maximum infiltration level is 50. Maximum infiltration can also be increased by various factors, as shown in the table on the right, as well as the Gather Information operation, which temporarily raises the maximum infiltration level by +5 (stackable to a maximum of +20).

What is the highest fleet cap in Stellaris? ›

Maximum Naval Capacity may never exceed 9999 but empires can still build over it as long as their economy supports the upkeep costs.
